In-service Opportunities
The Cummer Museum offers a variety of teacher in-service
programs throughout the school year and summer months. In-service
topics include integrating the arts into the curriculum,
using the visual arts as a tool for students with disabilities,
and applying innovative techniques in studio art. Programs
are offered in the evenings, on weekdays and on weekends.
Each in-service workshop combines a visit to the museum's
galleries with hands-on studio experiences that comply with
state and national standards in various subject areas and
offer certification points. In-service sessions are free
for Educator Membership.
For upcoming teacher in-service opportunities please call
