One in three students in Duval County does not graduate from high school on time or at all. Out of this sobering reality grew the ONE in THREE exhibit, and its powerful message that our education system cannot thrive without community support. Together with WJCT, the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, photographer Ingrid Damiani, and many other stakeholders, the Jacksonville Public Education Fund spearheaded this compelling exhibit to call our citizens to action.
Students will view and discuss original photographs and compelling stories of students facing enormous odds in completing their education. Students will also participate in a hands-on studio activity that will result in puzzle pieces that students may assemble and display back at school.
