Join us for a special evening of native plant education and cocktails with Doug Tallamy.  A professor and the chair of the Entomology and Wildlife Ecology department at University of Delaware, Dr. Tallamy has been studying insects and their role in the environment for over 20 years.  Dr. Tallamy’s lecture will be an informative talk at how alien plants impact native ecosystems and the interactions between plants and insects, as well as a look at the conservation of biodiversity. 

A book signing, meet and greet with cocktails and hor d'oeuvres, and live music from Arvid Smith will follow.
